1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Vastra Cartel website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Custom Orders & B2B

All custom bulk and individual orders are finalized upon invoice payment. Design approvals must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp before production begins. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on complexity.

3. Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights and intellectual property laws. Copying, redistribution, or publication of any part of the Site is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

Vastra Cartel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
